RoleOverview
As a Sales Executive /Senior Sales Executive at YF Energy, you will play a pivotal rolein driving our business growth and expanding our market presence.You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailoredsolutions that meet client needs. This role requires a proactiveand results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and contributeto the company’s success.
KeyResponsibilities
- BusinessDevelopment: Identify and develop new businessopportunities within the assigned territory or marketsegment.
- Customer RelationshipManagement: Build and maintain strong relationshipswith existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.
- SalesTargets: Achieve and exceed sales targets througheffective planning and execution of salesstrategies.
- ProductKnowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of ourproduct range, including automotive lubricants, industriallubricants, metal processing lubricants, and specialtyapplications.
- MarketAnalysis: Conduct market research and analysis tostay informed about industry trends and competitoractivities.
- Reporting:Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights andrecommendations to management.
Qualifications andSkills
- Experience: Provensales experience in the lubricant industry or related sectors, witha track record of achieving salestargets.
- Education:A diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relatedfield ispreferred.
- Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities.
- Proactive:Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying andpursuing businessopportunities.
