Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Executive (Smart Home Solutions)

Join a pioneering Global MNC that is redefining the construction and interior design industry through Smart Technology and Sustainability. We are the market leaders in automated sanitary solutions and IoT -integrated restroom systems.

We are looking for a high -energy B2B Sales Executive who is passionate about Green Technology and has the "hunter" instinct to secure major architectural projects across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Specification: Proactively identify and track upcoming residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

  • Stakeholder Management: Influence and "Spec -in" our smart solutions to Architects, Interior Designers (ID), and Developers.

  • B2B Networking: Build and maintain a strong rapport with Main Contractors and Sub -contractors to ensure project wins and smooth delivery.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct technical presentations and "Product Briefings" for consultants, focusing on water -saving ROI and smart -building integration.

  • Tender & Quotation: Manage the full sales cycle—from preparing technical submittals and quotations to final contract negotiation.



Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven track record in B2B Sales or Project Sales.

  • Industry Background: Candidates from Building Materials, Tiles, Flooring, Sanitaryware, or Home Appliances are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Language: Professional fluency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves frequent engagement with Chinese -speaking contractors and developers.

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read simple architectural floor plans or blueprints is a strong advantage.

  • Attributes: Self -motivated, result -driven, and possesses a valid driving license with own transport for site visits.
