Sales Executives for Kelantan

Job Description:

• To plan and implement new product launching or organize product exhibition whenever is necessary.
• To analyze sales results, market share and brand profits and adjust plans where necessary.
• To initiate product improvement as dictated by changes in customer requirements and competitor action.
• To plan and organize suitable sales campaign, promotional items, or incentives for the customers.
• To conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customers needs.
• To negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objection.
• To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
• To develop business opportunities and nurture relationship with architects, consultants and developers.,
• To prepare and conduct presentation to architects, consultants and developers whenever deemed necessary.,
• To source and provide new potential projects information in the market.,
• Handle customer’s enquiries and feedbacks.,
• Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports for decision making.,
• To perform other duties as required by the Management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Business related field or equivalent.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Sales - Retail.
• 2 years experience in decorative paint, project and dealers market sales preferred.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines and sales target.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibilities.
• Independent and able to multi-task and work under minimal daily supervision to accomplish objective.
• Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all level of employees, Management and external agencies.
