目前，I Bath Studio 在马来西亚已经拥有四间分店，分别位于柔佛州的Nusa Sentral、居銮、Austin Heights，以及吉隆坡的Puchong。

I Bath Studio is a specialized one-stop shop for kitchen and bath products.

Our product range includes a variety of high-quality kitchen and bathroom equipment, including faucets,kitchen sinks, bath accessories, bathtubs, toilet bowl, kitchen hood& hob, oven , steam oven, dishwasher, designer fans and more.We not only offer quality-assured products but also provide professional design consultation and installation services to ensure that customers get best user experience.

Currently, I Bath Studio has four branches in Malaysia, located in Nusa Sentral, Austin Heights, and Puchong in Johor, and Puchong in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities:
* 客户服务：为客户提供优质的服务，协助他们找到符合其需求的卫浴产品，积极与客服互动，促进和销售卫浴产品。
        Customer Service: Providing excellent service to customers by assisting them in finding the sanitary wares product that meet their needs. Actively engaging with customer to promote and sell sanitary wares products.

* 产品知识：深入了解各种卫浴产品的特点、优势和规格，以便有效地为客户提供建议和解答问题。
       Product Knowledge: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the features,benefits, and specifications of various sanitary wares product to effectively advise customer and address their inquiries.

* 订单处理：准确高效地处理客户订单，确保所有必要的文件和信息得到妥善处理。
       Order Processing: Handling customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are properly managed.

* 团队协作：与其他团队成员，如仓库人员和送货人员合作，确保运营顺畅，客户满意。
      Team Collaboration:Collaborating with other team members, such as warehouse staff and delivery personnel, to ensure smooth operations and customers satisfaction.
