About Our Client

Principal manufacturer and distributor for motorcycles and lubricants.

Job Description

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs, regularly evaluating individual and team performance.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability and continuous improvement.
  3. Distributor Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key dealerships, distributors, and dealers.
    • Plan and come up with dealership programs.
    • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to adapt strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Operations:
    • Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and timely order fulfillment.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to optimize the sales process and enhance customer experience.
  5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Implement a robust reporting system to track and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates to the executive team.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 - 15 years of sales, strategy, management experience in the automotive iindustry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
