For existing customers, implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to ensure customers continue to be delighted with our services.
Ensure operational excellent with strong inventory management such as full stock take procedures, forecast and ordering, managing delivery schedule, and maintain cleanliness of outlet at top conditions.
Identify new initiatives to find new ways of selling and costs savings opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing and support all marketing campaign and promotions to achieve the agreed targets.
Provide creative ideas for merchandising and product display.
Evaluate sales team performance and take the necessary actions as required
Resolve customer complaints quickly and identify remedial actions to address the root cause of the problem.
Ensure all the company's policy, rules and regulation, standards and procedures are clearly explained to and followed by staff.
Ensure compliance to local law and regulations for all activities at the branch outlet.
