Sales Lead Generation Executive, Marketing - Generous Compensation

Join our team as a "Sales Lead Generation Marketing Executive" based in our KL office. 

In this role, you will be tasked with identifying and securing corporate client leads to facilitate complimentary health talks & screening, contributing to the enhancement of employee wellness experiences in the dynamic markets of Singapore and Malaysia. 

📍 Work Location : Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur
⏰ Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

🤝 Key Responsibilities:

1. Research, identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels, including online engagement, strategic partnership, associations, and more.
2. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies that align with company goals.
3. Build and manage a database of potential clients and track lead conversion rates.
4. Track KPI and hit targets for the lead generation goals.
5. Execute marketing activations at clients' health talk locations.

🌍 Requirements

1. Minimum 2 year of proven experience in field sales marketing (insurance, credit card, telemarketer or related environment).
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Language proficiency in English/ Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
4. Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve marketing and lead generation goals.
5. Fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills.
6. Driven, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and efficiently.
