We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Pixlr’s products and programmes by owning the sales pipeline, closing deals, and leading a sales team to consistently meet targets. This role works closely with Marketing, Product, and Support to convert opportunities, grow accounts, and improve sales performance across markets.
The Job:
1. Sales Strategy Execution & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across Pixlr’s products and programs in targeted markets.
Lead efforts to identify and engage key prospects, cultivating long-term partnerships and closing high-value sales.
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent and efficient sales process.
2. Client & Account Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive business opportunities and customer loyalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving satisfaction with Pixlr’s offerings.
Manage the expansion of key accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and customer support, to ensure a seamless go-to-market execution and alignment of sales efforts with corporate objectives.
Drive cross-functional alignment for key projects, initiatives, and market expansion efforts, ensuring smooth sales operations.
5. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Coaching
Lead and coach the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to drive results.
Set performance metrics and monitor sales activities to ensure targets are met while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Establish sales best practices and workflows to optimize the team’s productivity and efficiency.
6. Market Research & Competitive Positioning
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales tactics, pricing models, and product positioning.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market entry points to drive growth and profitability.
7. Business Proposal Development & Negotiation
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, partnership decks, and commercial agreements tailored to client needs and business objectives.
Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that minimize risk and maximize profitability.
Requirements
The Person:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within SaaS, technology, digital platforms, or subscription-based products.
At least 2–3 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging decision-makers.
Data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline forecasting and performance tracking.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams.
