Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall sales of all medical products distributed by the Company.
• Lead, manage and support the sales team to achieve the department’s and the company's short- and long-term objectives.
• Plan, organize, manage, and develop sales plans/activities to generate and maximize sales and to meet the set objectives.
• Identify, expand, and monitor potential markets, new markets and be abreast of market trends and data including competitor’s information to achieve competitive advantages.
• Work with marketing on the continuous of product & business development to serve the market gaps.
• Lead sales meetings, conduct team sales forecasting and reporting, proposed sales target/KPI/budget based on sales figures/historical data.

Qualification: 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Healthcare, Science, Business Administration or equivalent. 

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or any related role. 
• Experience in both hospitals and pharmacy channel is an added advantage. 

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Strong time management and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
