Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile sales professional capable of performing both "farmer" and "hunter" roles. This individual will have a strong background in telco enterprise sales and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telco enterprise sector.
Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic planning and market analysis.

2. Client Acquisition and Development:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their business needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.

3. Account Management:

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify additional sales opportunities and ensure the delivery of value-added services.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership.

4. Market and Industry Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological
advancements in the telco sector.
Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application and software enterprise sales with experience in telco industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience in both "farmer" and "hunter" sales roles, with the ability to balance account management and new business development.
Strong understanding of the telco industry and enterprise sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
