Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile sales professional capable of performing both "farmer" and "hunter" roles. This individual will have a strong background in telco enterprise sales and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the development of existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telco enterprise sector.
- Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic planning and market analysis.
2. Client Acquisition and Development:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their business needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.
3. Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify additional sales opportunities and ensure the delivery of value-added services.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership.
4. Market and Industry Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological
- advancements in the telco sector.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application and software enterprise sales with experience in telco industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in both "farmer" and "hunter" sales roles, with the ability to balance account management and new business development.
- Strong understanding of the telco industry and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
