• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to showcase various recruitment products and emphasize their benefits.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell recruitment services and additional features to potential clients, fostering business development.
• Offer expert advice to customers and adeptly close sales deals to ensure long-term growth and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met, contributing to sustainable business growth.
• Describe products and services, address customer queries, and negotiate pricing effectively to drive long-term profits.
• Utilize sales scripts for consistent communication and business development strategies.
• Schedule appointments based on team availability for efficient customer interactions and long-term relationship building.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and relevant details in the database to support long-term growth strategies.
• Achieve sales targets within specified deadlines to drive continuous business development and profitability.
• Handle customer objections with courtesy and professionalism, nurturing long-term customer relationships.
• Stay informed about products, competitors, and marketing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and long-term growth.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and support long-term business growth.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to sales improvement projects for sustainable long-term growth and profitability.
• Develop virtual sales teams and business systems to manage a team of 100 virtual staff effectively.
• Prefer sales experience in Job Board or HR Services

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder 
• Energetic and motivated
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay
• Malaysian citizens
• Working hours: Monday - Saturday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Office : JB City Square Office Tower
• Flexible Work from Home upon Confirmation
