We consistently provide a wide range of high quality ceramic, homogeneous and porcelain tiles for use across vastly different projects for residential, commercial and industrial Developments.

Qualifications & experience

• Preferably to have own transportation.
• Able to travel.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken). The ability to converse in local dialect will be an added advantages.
• Diploma / Any certification and above.
• Age below 45.
• 2-3 years of minimum working experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Prior experience working in building materials/retail industry will be an advantage.
• Sales oriented and able to response quickly to all enquiries in project to follow up and related activities.
• Pleasant personality, good communications skills, independent and able to work well in a team.
• Requires Professional Selling and Negotiation Skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition.
• To generate business opportunity by contacting potential clients, and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Monitoring market trends to come up with new business opportunities.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints: work with relevant parties to resolve all issues that arise.
• To develop marketing strategy and marketing activities to ensure achieve sales targets and KPI .
• Prepare and follow up on quotation and after-sales service.
• To perform any task assigned by superior and management from time to time.
• Update & prepare monthly sales reports.
• Responsible for presentations, proposals & specification works to dealing with developer and consultants.
