Roles & Responsibilities
To drive the growth and expansion of Chemical Department and New Business Development. Through the implementation of strategic sales plans aligned with the company's vision, the role focuses on enhancing market penetration, expanding the customer base, and identifying new market segments.
■Chemical
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the chemical product lines.
- Account Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while strategically establishing new accounts. Utilize various communication methods, including visits, emails, and calls, to engage with current and potential customers effectively.
- Sales Operations: Manage all aspects of the sales process from inquiry handling, event participation, preparation of sales presentations, offers, and quotations, to order procurement and sales forecasting. Ensure the timely follow-up on receivables to facilitate prompt payments.
- Market Analysis: Provide valuable insights into market conditions, trends, and data to support the decision-making process within the group and its clientele.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management/groups on business development activities and results.
■New Business Development
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market/company research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare and present company profile/proposals to potential targets/management, clearly articulating the value proposition.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential targets through networking.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management/groups on business development activities and results.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Chemical or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- 10 years of working experience in similar industry.
- The ability to work independently, self-motivated, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas.
