Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the coating industry, particularly in resin products, to join our client team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, penetrating new markets, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales growth by increasing current sales volumes and achieving/exceeding sales targets.

2. Identify and penetrate new markets to expand the companys customer base and market presence.

3. Provide technical and quality-related support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

4. Analyze and monitor market trends, identifying potential opportunities and threats, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

5. Develop and implement effective sales tactics to influence both potential and existing clients using deep technical knowledge.

6. Act as a liaison between the company and customers to manage expectations and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

7. Uphold a professional image through appearance, behavior, and communication, representing the company with integrity at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the coating industry, with a strong focus on resin-based products.

• Demonstrated success in sales growth, market expansion, and customer retention.

• Strong technical knowledge of coating and resin products.
