Responsibilities:
• Develop business with new and existing customers.
• Review potential projects and assess their suitability.
• Lead RFQ (Request for Quotation) process to provide customers with proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Technical knowledge of Semiconductor Process Equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people.
• Resourceful and goal-oriented.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in sales/marketing/business development of Semiconductor Process Equipment.
