Sales Manager - Growth-Minded Organization

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for equipping sales team with relevant products knowledge, Aesthetic and regenerative health guidelines.
• Provide update on market intelligence and leading domestic sales team in achieving business and social objectives
• Engage with Management and sales team to conduct sales meeting weekly
• Ensure all the sales target and activities are achieve set by management
• Conduct training for new joiners and regular clinical update to sales team to ensure that they are well equipped with product knowledge
• Provides product input to marketing in promotional material development and other commercial and marketing initiatives to ensure business growth
• Develop product slides deck for sales team with up-to-date information
• Conducts medical/marketing activities that increase capabilities of internal sales force (e.g. journal clubs), conduct products quizzes on specified timeline

• Manage and oversee team's delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set.
• Functional Skills and Knowledge
• Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
• Demonstrate exceptional client management and communication skills
• Proven senior level of relationship building
• Demonstrate fluency in English,Madrin and Malay (written and spoken)
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Perform any other tasks in support of the position and any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales or similar industry.
