Sales Manager (Healthcare)

Hey there, CityMedic is growing its sales team and we are looking for a dynamic, people person, firm, and result-oriented person to join our company as a Sales Manager to lead and manage our Northern Area Sales Team. This role requires a motivated leader with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to travel frequently within the region.

Your job would require you to :

• Travel to meet key customers around Northern Malaysia with your sales team,
• Coaching and communicating with your sales team to achieve the company's sales objectives.
• Communicating with management on market intel and sales strategies.
• Give inputs for the company's product and market strategy.
• Have fun and meet new people! :)

For this position we require that you have at least 1 year experience, however, if you feel that you are the person we should hire, go ahead and apply.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): sales, coaching
• Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Northern Area

Giving patients and doctors the tools to effectively manage diabetes through HbA1c Analyzers, Point of Care Glucose Meter, Lipid Analyzers and many more.

Our main target market is of course the pharmacies, clinics and hospitals. Being established in the pharmacy market for our glucose monitoring system, our latest product the HbA1c analyzer and the Lipid analyzers has been making waves in the hospital and clinic market. So if you work with us, expect to see a lot of doctors, pharmacists and medical professionals.

Our company believes that diabetes is becoming more prevalent in the Malaysian market. Bringing in tools to help medical professionals manage the disease is our main priority.

We have been established for about 13 years now in the medical industry. Within the last few years we have had a breakthrough and has been growing fast and steadily.
