You will play an importantrole in thefollowing:

  1. Responsible for managing and developing newexisting and new customers.
  2. Understand ourideal customers and how they relate to ourproducts.
  3. Set sales goals, compare performanceto goals, reporting and adjust goals as needed.
  4. Achieve company objectives by planningthoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, andmaking forecasts.
  5. Consistently meet revenuegoals in accordance with team/organizationalgoals
  6. Develop skills continuously for hiring,training and leading team members.
  7. Responsiblefor leading sales teams to reach salestargets.
  8. Overseeing the activities andperformance of the sales team.
  9. Maintain goodrelationships with customers, vendors, business partners and endusers.
  10. Builds market position by locating,developing, defining and closing businessrelationships.
  11. Identifies trendsetter ideas byresearching industry and related events, publications andannouncements.
  12. Provide detailed and accuratesales forecasts.
  13. To conduct sales presentationsand negotiations with customers.
  14. To identifynew business opportunities, requirements and winning strategy inthe geographical regions allocated.

To be successful in this roleyou will need tohave:

  1. MinimumBachelor Degree in related field / Certificate in Sales, orequivalent
  2. 2years of experience in a relatedindustry
  3. Ableto communicate efficiently in Malay andEnglish
  4. Possessown vehicle and must be able to travel outstation within astate.
  5. Stronginterpersonal skills and communicationskills.
  6. Havea strong passion for sales and a desire to deliverresults.
  7. Abilityto build and maintain relationships withclients.
  8. Abilityto adapt to growth in a competitiveenvironment.
