Sales

• Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and action plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Building and maintaining relationships with the existing key customers, grow and expand the market by identifying customers and developing new customer accounts.
• Conducting technical presentations, meeting, discussion, product training and clarifications with customers.
• Analyze and understand customer requirements,recommend total solutions, sharing knowledge on software / hardware configurations, pricing strategies, and ROI analysis. 
• Support the Technical team to ensure customers’ technical requirements are successfully implemented in deliveries and installations.
• Ensure prompt responses to inquiries and assigned tasks, fostering seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and follow-up on quotations, proposals, and tenders to customers and consultants.
• Fulfill other assigned duties as required by management from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Min 2-3 years experience in, or good understanding of, Energy Management System, Building Management System, HVAC will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, highly committed and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and systematically with minimal supervision but also as a team player.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin is considered an added advantage.
• Possesses own transport.
• Able to travel within Malaysia and occasionally within Southeast Asia & worldwide
