Tasks & responsibilities

-Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan
-Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents
-Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of Sales managers
-Monitor, analyze sales and market trends
-Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget
-Any tasks assigned by management

Qualifications & experience

-Min 5 years experiences in sales
-Have experience in commercial vehicle related industries for example: Prime Mover truck/ trailer sales, Trailers/ trucks spare parts sales, Lubricant oil sales for logistics industries
-Work independently
-Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement
-Proactively develops and improve products and services
-Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
-Ability to make strategic decisions
-Ability to Inspire others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal
-Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences
