Job Description

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Residential sales team.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Representatives.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management Team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
• Provide motivation to staff and creates an environment where they can thrive.
• Perform any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business/Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in managerial positions, people management to lead a small team of 3 to 5 people experiences.
• Strong communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia, English and MANDARIN is required.
• Possessing knowledge of the solar industry considered an added advantage.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
