Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Residential sales team.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Representatives.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management Team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Provide motivation to staff and creates an environment where they can thrive.
- Perform any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business/Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in managerial positions, people management to lead a small team of 3 to 5 people experiences.
- Strong communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia, English and MANDARIN is required.
- Possessing knowledge of the solar industry considered an added advantage.
- Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
