Sales Manager (Plastic Injection)

Location: Senai, Johor

Working hours: MON - FRI (830 AM - 6PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct and motivate the project and order management teams in Sales Department to achieve company business objectives, revenue and target growth of 10% of existing and new customers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Review RFQ and periodic business review for business award and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review sales progress and share best practices.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop sales forecasts and budgets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements in the plastic moulding industry.
• Proven 8 years experience as a Sales Manager in the precision plastic moulding industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of plastic moulding processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SAP system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
