Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Manager (Property Developer)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, print, and events.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market trends to senior management.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to showcase our developments.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
