Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Manager - Property Developer (Kuala Lumpur / Johor)

We are looking for passionate Developer Property Sales - Sales Manager to Join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and formulate effective sales channels/marketing strategies for assigned projects to increase sales activities in local and international market.

• Strong desire to building sale pipelines and achieving sales results and profitability with background in luxury property.

• Formulate pricing and sales strategy and lead sales team to achieve company's sales target.

• Liaise with appointed agencies to review sales feedbacks and activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationship with prospect customers and real estate agencies.

• Lead, motivate and manage sales team and sales agents to achieve desired sales target.

• Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends and pricing.

• Report and update project sales status to management.

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

• To perform long-distance promotion (via Wechat, Voov, Zoom, etc) of our projects to overseas customers.

• Responsible for daily operation in sales gallery as per schedule.

• To achieve the monthly target by promoting the developer company development projects

 

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree holders in any field.

• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in property development industry. • A target driven, sales-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong focus on revenue.

• Must have proven track record in previous employments.

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels.

• Excellent interpersonal, attitude, leadership, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work.

• Willing to travel and work on weekends as well as public holidays.

• Team player and able to work independently that process good working attitude.

• Based in Kuala Lumpur / Johor Bahru.
