We are seeking a dynamic and experiences Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of enterprise account managers and leading solution business engagement with key clients. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, team leadership and an in-depth understanding of IT solutions and market trends.
Roles & Responsibilities
I. Responsible for solution sales targets and departmental KPI.
II.Lead, manage and counsel all enterprise account managers for their growth and development.
III.Lead the team in Identifying marketing opportunities and generate new business sales leads.
IV.Lead the team on solution proposals, understanding customer needs, solution pricing and bid management.
V.Planning and executing of solution sales strategy and lead solution business engagements with key clients.
VI.Identify new sales opportunities, explore new areas of growth in solution sales and recommend product bundling ideas.
VII.Lead the team to manage client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensure company profitability objectives are met.
VIII.Recommend solution enhancements and ensure existing products and solution offering are adequate and competitive in the market.
IX.Responsible to collaborate with partners, presales team, and along with sales team to effectively curate right solutions proposals and demo’s.
X.Plan solutions sales success with close cross-department and vendor/ partners engagements.
XI.Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in line with both company and client’s needs and desires.
Requirements
•Bachelors Degree in any field
•Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Enterprise Solution sales preferably from System Integrator environment and 3 years of experience in leadership position.
•Experience in ICT industry, Sales and solution selling ad value added if have enterprise solutioning experience like wired, wireless networking, System & Storage infrastructure,
•Previous experience in sales, business development or presales preferred.
•Excellent Presentation preparation and delivery.
•Business acumen aligning with technical understanding.
•Able to work in teams and collaborating with other stakeholders including customers
