Sales manager - Sales Manager - Property Development, Township Projects

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for current and upcoming residential projects within the township.
  
• Lead and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  
• Inspire, guide, and monitor team performance to ensure outstanding customer engagement and service delivery.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and execute property launches, previews, marketing events, and roadshows to boost visibility and engagement.
  
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing models and promotional strategies.
  
• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
  
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as project, legal, credit, and finance to ensure a seamless sales process.
  
• Maintain and update a comprehensive buyer database and generate accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  
• Work in tandem with the product development and project teams to ensure offerings align with market demands and buyer expectations.
  
• Undertake other duties and special assignments as required by senior management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in property sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  

• Strong understanding of the property development industry, local market dynamics, and buyer behavior.
  

• Proven track record in meeting sales goals and executing successful marketing initiatives.
  

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.
  

• Proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays during major launches, events, and campaigns.
