Your mission
- Drive profitable growth and achieve sales targets across the Southeast Asia region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, roasters, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand HEMRO Group's market presence.
- Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for customers throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead product launches and support market development initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the HEMRO Group.
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions for customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent HEMRO Group at trade fairs, customer events, and industry meetings.
- Foster long-term partnerships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, ideally within the coffee equipment, foodservice, or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
- Strong intercultural competence and willingness to travel extensively within Southeast Asia.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian languages are considered a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
