Qualifications & experience

Minimum 5 - 8 years of sales/marketing management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Economy or its equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in verbal and written English including presentation skills
Innovative, resourceful, and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office applications

Tasks & responsibilities

Realize net sales, volume, and profitability of assigned distributor accounts as per targets.
Responsible for managing the Department of Marketing & Sales.
Prepare monthly business reviews with your customer/distributor, including market insight, competition, and segment trends.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including QA, R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to deliver seamless service and solutions.
To be involved in KPI setting and cascading for sales personnel.
To monitor team performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.
To provide timely feedback to Management regarding the performance of the team.
To conduct middle and year-end performance appraisals for the Executive level.
To assist in monthly pricing revision.
Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts. Manage marketing budget and resources effectively.
