Sales Marketing and Guest Manager (Salary Incentive) - Generous Compensation

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Perform all sales activities that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Generate new business, close deals and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours and community working.
• Builds relationship, discuss client requirements and advise on suitable option
• Prepare quotations, proposal, agreement, and costing
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in assigned market segment
• Prepare for development and implementation of marketing plan as needed
• Plans, directs and executes promotional and special stay packages with external online hotel booking websites, tour agencies, and corporate sales.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
• Provide timely, accurate and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications to maintain maximum profit
• Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Analyze the competition in hotel industry and create plans for engagement
• Work closely with other department to achieve the company marketing objective

Requirements

• Candidate must process at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Marketing or equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English
• At least three (3) years of working experience in the Hotel / Property Sales / Marketing field is required for this position
• Capable of creating and implementing sales strategies that will ensure achievement of set goals and target.
• Knowledge of current hospitality industry trends
• Candidate must able to work in Kerteh, Terengganu
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure, problem solving, independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good at motivating sales team and strong ability to engage with customers
