Sales & Marketing Asst. Manager/Manager - Industrial Park - Exciting Challenge

Sales & Marketing: 

• Industrial Park project in Perak 
   

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the industrial park to potential buyers, including manufacturers, and other industrial users.
• Identify and target key industries and businesses that align with the industrial park's value proposition and strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders in the industrial real estate market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the industrial real estate sector.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to effectively communicate the industrial park's features, amenities, and value proposition.
• Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the industrial park and generate leads.
• Track and report on sales and marketing activities, including lead generation, prospect engagement, and deal pipeline status.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to management on market conditions, buyer demand, and competitive positioning.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing effectiveness.

Job requirements: 

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial real estate sector.
• Candidate who possess deep understanding of the industrial real estate market in Malaysia is preferred. 
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Candidates who are able to read, write and speak in Mandarin is highly preferred due to job nature. 
• Must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak
• Must be willing to travel frequently to KL/Selangor for business purposes
