Sales & Marketing Director (EMS Industry Experienced)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company Asia strategy to create and update yearly strategy and objectives of Sales and Marketing function;
• Develops sales management capabilities, and build a cohesive and high-performance team;
• Develop new business opportunities in targeted industry sectors (non-consumer industries);
• Create relevant policies and budget plan to support the sales target (incentive policy, bidding procedure etc.);
• Establish & enhance customer intimacy with decision makers of potential customers, analyze and understand customer strategies, future product plans and growth activities in order to establish penetration strategies for new market opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships, make convincing proposals and negotiate contracts;
• Provides sound leadership, management, coaching and training to sales and marketing team.
• Present sales target & progress, as well as the deployment of sales strategy to the management

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree is mandatory, Masters degree is preferred;
• Minimum 10 years sales & marketing experience in Electronic manufacturing service (EMS) industry with at least 5 years at sales management position; experience in Asia and Europe market is preferred;
• A business-driven person with strong business and commercial sense, as well as proven track record of profitable business growth;
• Strong leadership to drive and inspire performance of sales teams;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented and commercial mindset;
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Mastering a third language is a good plus.
• Frequent business travel is required.
