Responsibilities:

• Generating leads.
• Meetingor exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating allcontracts with prospective clients.
• Helpingdetermine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, andnegotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthlyreports.
• Giving sales presentations to a rangeof prospective clients.
• Coordinating salesefforts with marketing programs.
• Understandingand promoting company products
• Visitingclients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote productsand services.
• Maintaining clientrecords.
• Answering client questions aboutcredit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPMlevel
• Working experience in related field(construction industry) is an added advantage
• Required skills: Microsoft Office
• Responsible & willing to learn
