Sales & Marketing Executive - Career Growth Potential

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing Marketing Strategies: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to promote products or services through the direct selling channel.
2. Product Promotion: Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to increase product visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
3. Sales Support: Oversee and maintain client accounts, acting as a primary point of contact. Review and compose client correspondence, handling requests and addressing complaints effectively.
4. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand image and identity within the direct selling market segment through consistent messaging, branding, and positioning.
5. Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials for direct sellers to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall effectiveness in the field.
6. Event Management: Plan and execute direct selling events such as product launches, sales rallies, and incentive trips to motivate and reward direct sellers while driving sales. And develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
7. Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company  policies.
8. Monitor Sales Performance: Track key performance indicators(KPIs), and analyze sales data to evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
9. Contribute to development of sales forecasts, budgets and strategic plans, providing input and insights to support business growth objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
2. Proven experience (3 years) in marketing roles within the direct selling industry or a related field, having prior experience in the MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry is an advantage.
3. Strong understanding of direct selling business models, strategies, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects effectively.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Leadership qualities and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
