Responsibilities 职责

1. Delivering excellent customer service. 提供卓越的客户服务。

2. Engaging and discovering customer insurance needs. 与顾客进行互动,了解其保险需求。

3. Provide insurance solutions that meet customer needs. 提供满足顾客需求的保险解决方案。

4. To follow up diligently on all referrals and converts to sales. 跟进所有转介和潜在销售机会，以确保销售目标的达成。

5. To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales targets. 发掘新的销售策略和方法,以实现销售目标。

We Offer:

Basic Salary: RM4000 - RM6000/month / 底薪: RM4000 - RM6000

Additional commission scheme / 另加佣金

Suitable Candidate:

Must be Malaysian / 马来西亚公民

Must possess at least SPM & above / 高中程度

Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage / 通晓中英文, 或其他本地语言。

Have own transport / 自备交通工具

Strong sense of responsibility and a good team spirit / 有责任心和良好的团队精神

Have good communication relationship and management skill / 有良好的沟通和关系管理技巧

Possess previous sales & marketing experience and customer service will be an advantage / 拥有销售和客户服务经验为佳
