- Taking care of existing customer account closely; replying to customers’ email at earliest possible
- Safeguards all information about buyers, suppliers, orders and development.
- Understanding company product & service and working closely with R&D as well as design development and graphic designer team.
- Handling buyers on all the communication for sales activities and services.
- Handling buyers QC final random inspection on product before shipping.
- Coordinate with buyers regarding sample development, shipping, documentation and etc.
- Build and strengthen good business relationships with customers.
- Monitor customer’s shipping activities.
- Market and promote company’s products & services and expansion of market share.
- Ensure communication between departments (especially Marketing, Production and Shipping) flows timely and accurately so that production, operations and fulfilment are smoothly carried out.
- Provide after sales service to ensure fulfilment of customer satisfaction.
- To attend new & existing overseas buyer or local agents for any sales enquiries at company furniture show room.
- Service of existing & new business accounts.
- Assist MR Manager/Assistant Director/Director upon request.
- Any AD HOC assignments assigned by Superiors.
