Sales & Marketing Executive - Growth-Minded Organization

• Arrangement for oversea buyers' itinerary, accommodations and air ticket.
• Involve for the oversea trip preparation and compile for expenses claim.
• Liaise with all Sales Advisor to compile and prepare the weekly sales report.
• Control, monitoring and update the master booking chart and sales chart.
• To prepare slide presentation for monthly management meeting and master tracking report.
• Checking and verify agent commission claims that are due for payment.
• Liaise with project teams regarding the furnishing package and monitor the status from time to time.
• Implement and maintain an effective filing system to ensure that documents can be files/ retrieved easily and in compliance with standard practice. 
• Provide full spectrum of administrative support.
• Carry out any other job tasks/ assignments as and when requested by Senior Management, Department Head or direct superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess own transport, willing to work during weekends when required.
• Candidate fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Applicants should be independent, pro-active, result-driven, market oriented with good communication skills.
