Sales & Marketing Executive in Co-Living Room

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Company: iRoom Living Sdn Bhd
Location: Setapak
Working Days: 6 days per week (5 days based office and 1 day work from home)
Salary Range: RM1800 - RM4800 basic + commission
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for creating comprehensive plans to promote the company's products or services effectively. This involves identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve them.

Lead and manage the sales and marketing team:
The manager oversees a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet their targets. This includes assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Identify new business opportunities:
The manager actively seeks out new opportunities for business growth, whether through expanding into new markets, developing new products or services, or forming partnerships with other businesses. This requires staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials:
The manager ensures that all marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and online content, are created to a high standard and effectively communicate the company's message to its target audience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback: The manager keeps a close eye on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. This information is used to adjust sales and marketing strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

Analyze sales and marketing data:
The manager analyzes sales and marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. This may involve tracking sales performance, ROI on marketing activities, and customer demographics.

Coordinate with internal departments:
The manager collaborates with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with overall company objectives. This may involve coordinating product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage.
Must have own transport.
