SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Johor Bahru) - Rapid Progression

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall sales & marketing management to achieve set sales target.
• Plan, implement and control sales & marketing activities in achieving desired goals set by the management.
• Building strong rapport and relationship with the clients and ensure all service commitments extended to clients are met.
• Assists in customer service and sales administrative functions
• Resolve all client complaints promptly and appropriately.

Requirements:

• Minimum STPM but preferably Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in property development industry or in a similar capacity.
• Good knowledge of the rules and guidelines in the property industries.
• Pleasant personality, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to do excellent sales talk, sales support, promotion on product & services
• Pro-active, self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for product presentation to customers
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS office applications, IFCA property system and must possess own transport
• Must possess own transportation for outdoor sales and marketing activities.
• Good team player.
