Qualifications & experience

• SPM / Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related field are welcome.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• A passion for sales.
• Strong time management skills, ability to work independently.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries.
• Work with Sales team on: preparing sales quotation, process & follow up customers’ orders, stock forecast & planning, monitor customers’ on time payment.
• Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
• Manage and optimize the brand presence on Marketplaces, ensuring timely updates on prices, promotions, and content.
• Assist in the planning and execution of commercial campaigns to drive sales and enhance conversion rates and traffic.
• Other duties as assigned
