Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate leads from various channels (online marketing, referrals, networking and calling)
- Create innovative marketing campaigns promotional materials, sales collaterals to support lead generation and conversion.
- Participating in property fairs, roadshows and events
- Provide guided personalised tour of show house & township to prospective buyers, highlighting key house features and
- Provide accurate and detailed information on each products (pricing, sales package, USPs, etc)
- Negotiate deals and close deals.
- Coordinate with panel bankers, solicitors and cross functional departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, solicitors and business associates.
- Conduct market research to be updated on market trends and updates.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing preferred.
- Good sales, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Possess own transport.
