Sales & Marketing Executive - Urgent Position

Key Responsibilities:

(ONLINE & OFFLINE)

1. Developing Marketing Strategies: Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to promote products or services.
2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential sales opportunities.
3. Product Promotion: Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to increase product visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
4. Brand Promotion : Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and events, to increase brand awareness and generate leads
5. Customer Engagement: Engage with current and prospective clients to demonstrate the value of auau.io, showcasing how our platform can transform their business operations.
6. Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials with the teams to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall effectiveness in the field.
7. Event Management: Plan and execute direct selling events such as product launches, sales rallies, and incentive trips to motivate and reward direct sellers while driving sales. And develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
8. Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
9. Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
2. Proven experience (3 years) in marketing roles within the direct selling industry or a related field, having prior experience in the MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) industry is an advantage.
3. Strong understanding of direct selling business models, strategies, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects effectively.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Leadership qualities and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
