Key Sales Responsibilities:
• Lead the showroom team to achieve sales targets and elevate customer service standards.
• Manage the online customer journey to boost sales.
• Develop new B2B customer relationships and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Maximize sales through effective key account management.
• Coach the team on product knowledge and service excellence.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the online store experience.
• Provide feedback to the Creative team on product assortment.

Key Marketing Responsibilities:
• Craft captivating content and elevate brand awareness across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and the website.
• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation, including managing media relations and organizing events.
• Create compelling communication materials (press releases, product descriptions, website content, IG Stories) that convey the brand’s narrative.
• Plan and execute brand events (product launches, fashion shows, pop-up stores) that align with the brand’s identity.
• Collaborate with the PR Agency in LA to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Provide direction to the Visual team for impactful campaign imagery and merchandising (campaign shoots, online product shoots, lookbooks).
• Enhance online and offline merchandising, including windows and e-shop displays.

Requirements:
• Proven retail sales and marketing experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven improvements.
