KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Information Collection and Analysis
- Assist in gathering relevant data through market research activities.
- Analyze collected information to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct feasibility studies and competitor’s analysis prior to sales launch.
Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, activities and opportunities in the industry.
- Planning & implementation of marketing strategy and activities prior to official launch.
- Formulation and conducting pricing strategies.
Coordination and Communication
- Collaborating with other departments to execute sales campaigns and events.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results to management.
- Participate in new product development; e.g. liaise with consultants and architects on the future projects to be launched.
- Planning and execution of advertising & promotional campaign with Advertising Agency.
- Liaise with panel bankers on the end-financing packages.
- Liaise with panel lawyers on the preparation of SPA, DMC and other related documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Real Estate Management/Property Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience.
- Good PR and communication skill.
- Results oriented to achieve higher target sales.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and other common web applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a cheerful, happy, positive mindset.
- Love to work in a team and involve in team activities.
- Self motivated, passionate, innovative, and ability to work in a fast pace environment.
