Sales & Marketing Manager - Collaborative Environment

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Major Duties :1.Set objectives for local and international distributors’ sales efforts and map out strategies with the aim of achieving the annual sales target set.2.Set up the administrative and sales structure and procedures for smooth and effective execution of customer service and sales support programmes.3.Direct and control sales activities, policies and plans.4.Analyse sales records and salespersons’ reports to investigate market trends and other relevant market developments.5.Review and control staffing plans i.e. recruitment, transfers and promotions.6.Evaluate and formulate pricing policy by 31 May of each year.7.Perform product management to enhance the product mix and cross-selling activities.  8.Carry out regional catalogue development plans with the aim of completing 12 catalogues per year.9.Organise distributors’ sales conferences and develop relevant incentive schemes.10.Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management. Other Duties :1.Plan sales budgets to meet Company’s financial objectives.2.Assist in developing and implementing inventory control programme.3.Evaluate, monitor and control Sales Engineers’ credit control situations.
