Job Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Identify potential clients and develop leads through various channels, including networking, referrals and online platform.
• Collaborate with potential clients to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
• Set and achieve sales targets, monitor progress, and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Product and Market Knowledge:

• Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively promote them to agency partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Utilize market knowledge to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
• Work closely with the product development team to provide insights and suggestions for product enhancements.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to support  sales.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and sales tools tailored to the needs of partners.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative.
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising industry trends and practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
