Sales & Marketing Representative - Competitive Pay

• Identify & pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. 
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs. 
• build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 
• develop and execute marketing plans to enhance bran visibility and market presence. 
• analyze market trends and competitors to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. 
• utilize both traditional and digital marketing channels to reach target audiences. 
• understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 
• work closely with HQ - China on customer service and supports teams to ensure clients satisfaction. 
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and improvement. 
• maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities and transactions. 
• generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback. 
• analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Additional requirement:-

1. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and products.(OEM/ODM)
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Communicate in mandarin will be prioritize. 
3. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, experienced department set up will be prioritize.
5. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
6. Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
