Sales Merchandiser

Job Brief:

We are looking for experienced Merchandisers that can execute excellent product merchandising in retail stores for our brands.

The goal is to maximise in-store brand visibility to drive branding, get shoppers' attention and grow sales.

Responsibilities:

• Execute merchandising plans to achieve brand and company’s objectives
• Merchandise products according to planogram in-stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
• Ensure brand home shelves are stocked with products adequately.
• Monitor stock movement and work with sales team to ensure healthy stock throughput.
• Organizing goods on shelves, retrieving items from the back storage area, and removing defective items as needed.
• Maximise shoppers' interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
• Execute secondary displays and point-of-purchase effectively.
• Build constructive relationships with trade retailers and sales team to ensure strong brand fundamentals.
• Remain up to date with company best practices on merchandising

Skills Required:

• Proven working experience in merchandising for FMCG industry
• Good physical fitness and high stamina
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
