Sales Merchandiser For Cosmetic Products

Duties and Responsibilities:

Merchandising for cosmetic products and take care for represent area.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check in and complete task through RetailAIM Mobile Apps.
• On time secondary display setup / wall setup within the agreed timeline.
• Execute and oversee promotional campaigns display with visual.
• Conduct inventory check on both primary & secondary display.
• Check all products range & OOS with supporting visual.
• Ensuring instore fundamental is in place Price, Shelving, Planogram & cleanliness.
• Conduct on shelf product replenishment according to FEFO.
• Negotiating for incremental in Store Displays through rapport with Store PIC.
• Observation of competitive product or related promotion activity and price list.
• Prompting sales order.
• Provide timely feedback to key stakeholders if there is any issue / help needed.
• Collections of market return as per timeline.
• New store and store closure arrangement.
• Build rapport with retailer and resolve outlet issues.

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in merchandising field.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Able to work outdoor and travel within represent area.

Working Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm  / 9.00am - 6.00pm 

Salary : RM 2,000 - 3,000
