Job Roles

• Conduct regular visits to assigned retail stores to ensure proper product placement, presentation, and availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to negotiate optimal product placement and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for increasing product visibility and driving sales.
• Execute product displays and signage according to brand guidelines to enhance product visibility and attract customer attention.
• Communicate regularly with the sales team to coordinate merchandising efforts and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage product replenishment to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.

Requirements

• At least SPM/Diploma/Degree holder
• Energetic, healthy and willing to learn
• Proven experience in retail merchandising or sales, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually appealing product displays.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional weekend or evening shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
