Sales Operation Executive (In-Store Operation - Southern) - Urgent Role

About the Job:

This role consists of assisting line manager to achieve excellence in-store operations, managing team of merchandisers to deliver effective merchandising service that support business needs, continue search for learnings and opportunities in-store to develop sales execution plan.

Job Description:

Working with internal stakeholders 

• Coordinating preparation prior execution as per timeline
• Assisting to deploy execution plan to merchandisers
• Meeting and building rapport with retailers to improve operation process.

Merchandiser team management

• Assisting to manage merchandiser team daily operation to fulfil business needs
• Assisting to manage merchandiser remuneration and contract
• Assisting to train merchandisers on new process or procedure 

Strategic Business Planning

• Assisting to drive excellence in-store execution initiatives
• Continuing pick up learnings from trade and bring back to add value to business

Competitor Intelligence

• Updating competitor intelligence and input into required template
• Feedback any threats from competitions detected in-store

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or Nutrition. 
• Minimum at least 2 years In-Store Operation experience preferably with experience in managing merchandiser team in Modern and General Trade execution.
• Computer literate & able to use general Microsoft Office application.
• Experienced in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment preferably in a Nutrition business is an added advantage.
• Have strong distributor management skill & knowledge plus well-versed in collateral and debt recovery matters.
